Ethics Policy
With the adoption of the highest ethical standards, discriminatory or unethical behavior is absolutely not tolerated. In this context, all employees are expected to comply with the Code of Conduct — which defines the ethical standards and principles used in their performance evaluation and career development processes — and the findings of monitoring and audit mechanisms are taken into account.
